Through writing, conversations and creative work, The Worth Project explores identity, meaning, purpose and the many ways we experience being human.
It's a place for ideas, stories and creative expressions that invite us to explore what matters, how we understand ourselves and the world around us, and how that understanding influences what we make of our lives.
At its heart is a simple belief: worth is not something we have to earn, prove or acquire. It’s something we can rediscover, restore and express.
The project is shaped by three connected themes: exploring what matters, restoring what is valuable, and creating what comes next.
Worth Exploring
A curiosity about the world around us and the lives within us.
Through reflections on identity, meaning, direction and the experiences that shape us, Worth Exploring looks at the questions that help us understand ourselves and the world around us. It also reflects much of the thinking behind my coaching work, inviting you to pause, reflect and consider what matters most.
Worth Restoring
A return to what is valuable, enduring and often overlooked.
Restoring is about reconnecting with confidence, values and purpose. It is also expressed through a love of heritage, craftsmanship and objects with history: honouring what has gone before, preserving what deserves to endure, and giving it a renewed sense of worth and purpose.
Worth Creating
The act of shaping what comes next.
Creating is about imagination, expression and possibility, whether making something by hand, restoring a cherished object, or creating a life, work or legacy that feels more aligned with who we are becoming.
