Coaching

I help you connect with your creativity when your old sense of self no longer fits. So you can challenge the beliefs that have shaped how you see yourself, explore what might be possible, and find the clarity and courage to decide what comes next.

There are times when the life you've built no longer represents who you are. Things can look fine from the outside, yet on the inside something has shifted. You may feel uncertain about your next step, disconnected from your motivation, or aware that the way you have been living or working no longer feels fully aligned.

Coaching offers a space to pause, reflect and make sense of what is happening, so you can begin to understand what matters now and explore what might come next.

When Something No Longer Feels Right

Sometimes this follows prolonged pressure, personal upheaval or a significant change in circumstances. Roles shift, certainty is shaken, relationships change, or the version of yourself that carried everything no longer feels like a good fit.

You may know that something needs to change without knowing exactly what that change should be.

You might find yourself feeling lost, stuck, or overwhelmed. These moments can leave us caught between who we've been and who we might become.

Finding Clarity in the Change

There are times when effort alone isn't the answer, and when what once made sense no longer does.

Together, we'll create the space to slow things down, make sense of where you are and notice what matters beneath the noise. We'll explore the questions, assumptions, expectations and patterns of thinking that may be influencing how you see yourself, others and the world around you.

The aim isn't to find a quick answer or tell you what to do. It's to help you step back and see things with greater perspective, so you can begin to distinguish between what you believe you should do, what others may expect of you, and what feels genuinely important to you now.

What We're Exploring

We’ll notice patterns of thinking that obscure clarity or limit perspective, question beliefs that may be holding you back and reconnect with your values, interest and sense of self.

By recognising what is within your power, we’ll explore different possibilities for what comes next, and make decisions that feel grounded, considered and true to who you are.

At the heart of this work is the relationship between Identity, Belief, Possibility and Creativity, four things that continually influence one another.

Identity shapes what we believe about ourselves.

Belief influences what we think is possible.

Possibility opens the door to creativity.

Creativity can reveal new possibilities and new aspects of who we truly are.

There is no fixed route through these conversations. We move around the cycle, exploring whichever part needs attention, questioning what no longer serves us, opening up new possibilities and creating space for a different sense of self to emerge.

As we move around the cycle, clarity can begin to take shape, along with a wider sense of what might be possible.

Moving Forward in a Way That Is Yours

This isn't about becoming someone else, it’s about strengthening trust in yourself and making choices that reflect your values rather than fear, habit or the expectations of others.

Nor is it about finding the perfect answer. It's about gaining a clearer sense of what feels right for you, what is worth protecting, what needs to change and what you’d like to create next.

How I Work

This is reflective, conversational coaching. Rather than offering opinions or advice, think of me as a reflective partner: someone who listens deeply, helps you better understand your thoughts and feelings, and gently challenges perceptions to open up new thinking.

My approach is:

  • Reflective rather than directive
  • Spacious rather than pressured
  • Grounded in integrity, confidentiality and trust

I hold an ICF-accredited Diploma in Transformative Life Coaching (Level 2) and regularly deepen my learning across different modalities relating to personal development and somatic approaches with a particular interest in how greater awareness of our felt experience can inform how we understand and navigate change.

Who This Is For

These conversations tend to resonate with people who:

  • Feel at a crossroads or in a period of transition
  • Are questioning identity, belonging, direction, meaning or purpose
  • Sense that the way they have been living or working no longer quite fits
  • Feel overwhelmed by overthinking, rumination, inner conflict or uncertainty
  • Have experienced prolonged personal or professional challenges
  • Want clarity without being told what to do
  • Are curious about what else might be possible

If you're looking to reconnect with who you are, rather than simply reinvent yourself, this may be a good fit.

An Invitation

You don't need to have everything worked out before you begin.

If something no longer feels right, or you simply have a sense that you're ready to look at things differently, we can start with a conversation.

There's no obligation to decide anything. It's an opportunity to talk about where you are, what you're looking for and whether coaching with me feels like the right fit.
